Visiting Royal Connaught Park

Comer Homes Group are committed to ensuring that we can provide a safe environment for our visitors and staff within the Sales & Marketing Suite at Royal Connaught Park.

In light of recent government guidelines we have introduced a number of measures. All viewings are by appointment only and when you are on site there are a number of guidelines in place. These include:

• 2m social distancing in place

• Hand sanitisers and PPE will be provided

• Floor markings to indicate safe distances

• Only two adults in attendance for each appointment (no children)

• Regular deep cleaning of communal areas

• Show home viewings will be conducted in isolation and no staff will be present within the premises

You are advised to not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell, vulnerable or at risk.
